A loyal Imperial officer serving on the bridge of the Super Star Destroyer Executor, in charge of communications.
David Newell
Originally from Brighton in the UK, David began working in the theatre with Oxford's Naked Theatre Company, including a highly acclaimed run as John Proctor in The Crucible at the Edinburgh Festival.
A strong interest in film lead to work with the Oxford University Film Foundation and Dark Entertainment, and on the way back from a year spent teaching in Siberia, David stopped off in Kiev to shoot their debut feature, Wild East.
After another year's teaching, this time in Greece, David spent a year training at Vancouver Film School and working with the Actors Working Academy, before taking the lead role in Curtis Saretske's The End of Something.
Since arriving in Melbourne last November, David has been involved in a number of short film projects.
