Lieutenant Jarnis Detaan
As a young boy on Coruscant, Jarnis Detaan had spent much of his free time studying the histories of infamous bounty hunters. His interest in the profession grew from the fact that his uncle, Grevin Detaan, was a bounty hunter. Grevin was also the black sheep of the family, and Jarnis' father, Moff Rinigo Detaan, wanted Grevin to have nothing to do with the rest of the family.
On joining the academy the younger Detaan loved life as an Imperial, his interests mainly with power and women. He became known as the class sleazeball and had few friends during his Academy days.
His first assignment upon leaving the Academy was to a small Imperial garrison on the desert plant of Socorro, where he attained the rank of lieutenant. At this point, he caught the eye of Admiral Ozzel, who had him transferred to the Super Star Destroyer Executor. Detaan served the admiral well, and continued to up until the point when Admiral Okins took temporary command of the ship, where his primary role was in commanding squads of stormtroopers on landing party missions.
When the Executor was assigned to capture the escaped Sith apprentices, Ruan and Calis, Detaan led the landing party down to Bothawui to collect them from the bounty hunter, Korbain Thor.
